Pumpkin Cream
- 1/2 C Pumpkin Puree (120g)
- 1/4 C Brown "Sugar" Substitute (50g)
- 1 Tbsp Granulated Monk Fruit (15g)
- 1 Tbsp Allulose (13g)
- 1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Pinch Fresh Nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp Kosher Salt
Pumpkin Pie Latte ("Sugar" Free / Low Carb)
- 1 Shot Espresso
- 1/4-1/2 C Pumpkin Cream
- 1/3 C Almond Milk
- Ice
Making The Pumpkin Cream
Add pumpkin, spices, sweeteners, and salt to a pan
Cook gently over medium heat while stirring with a silicone spatula
When the sweeteners are dissolved and the mixture produces a bubble or two its done
Remove pan from and stir in vanilla and heavy cream
Use immediately or store in the fridge
